Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as chief executive of Support Within Reach (SWR) and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of Support Within Reach.  Together, the Board and Executive Director assure SWR’s relevance to the community, the accomplishment of SWR’s mission and vision, and the accountability of SWR to its diverse constituents. The Board delegates responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the Executive Director, and s/he has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.  The Executive Director provides direction and enabling to the Board as it carries out its governance functions.

County Supervisor
(Beltrami,Hubbard, and clearwater)

The County Supervisor is responsible to perform several functions that are vital in maintaining smooth operations in the Assigned Counties.  This includes program development, supervising staff (encouraging staff and dealing with performance issues), and community relationships.  This position may provide support and advocacy services to survivors of sexual violence.  This is a non-exempt position that involves the supervising of all Beltrami, Hubbard, and Clearwater Counties program staff.

The County Supervisor is responsible to perform several functions that are vital in maintaining smooth operations in the Assigned Counties.  This includes program development, supervising staff (encouraging staff and dealing with performance issues), and community relationships.  This position may provide support and advocacy services to survivors of sexual violence.  This is a non-exempt position that involves the supervising of all Itasca, Cass, and Aitkin Counties program staff.

Regional navigator

Minnesota is a national leader in its work to legislatively mandate programs and services for sexually exploited youth under the age of 18.  The Safe Harbor legislation was passed in 2011 and resulted in the development of the No Wrong Door model, a multi-disciplinary statewide approach to identifying and serving victims and training law enforcement, child protection, social workers, and others who encounter victims of sexual exploitation.  As part of the state’s effort to implement Safe Harbor, the MN Department of Health is administering grants throughout the state to fund regional navigators to serve as experts in sexual exploitation within their region of the state.  Support Within Reach's navigator will serve as the main point of contact for referrals of sexually exploited youth in the region and will also work with the Statewide Safe Harbor Director to develop protocols, train professionals and community members on the issue, and develop a system of coordinated care in the region.  Responsible for implementing the Safe Harbor Law/No Wrong Door Model in in the identified region listed above by improving community capacity to identify sexually exploited youth (age 24 and younger), increasing effective services and outcomes for sexually exploited youth, and enhancing coordination between systems of care for sexually exploited youth

program coordinator, victim services/SEY (Beltrami County)

The Beltrami Sexual Exploitation of Youth Coordinator is a sexual violence staff with Support Within Reach and will be responsible for developing and implementing sexual violence services and programing within the Beltrami County area.  Within this work, this staff will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, support, advocacy, and information and referrals to victims of sexual violence and sexual exploitation. The SEY Coordinator also works closely with the Regional Navigator to implement Safe Harbor information into our communities.

This position works to assist clients to gain understanding in relation to SWR services and issues related to healing or overcoming trauma from incidents of sexual violence in the court process.  This position works with the Northwest Regional Navigator and the District 1 SEY Coordinator to identify at risk and sexually exploited youth (age 24 and younger), to increase effective services and outcomes for sexually exploited youth, and to enhance coordination between systems of care for sexually exploited youth.

The Beltrami County Outreach Coordinator is responsible for sexual violence case management services, fundraising and donation coordination as well as the volunteer training program.

criminal court/bsmart coordinator
(Beltrami county)

This position works to assist clients to gain understanding in relation to SWR services and issues related to healing or overcoming trauma from incidents of sexual violence in the court process. 

icsaic/sane coordinator
(itasca county)

This position provides victim service advocacy, supervision of Itasca County’s Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) program, and coordination of (Itasca County Sexual Assault Interagency Council & Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program).

cass program coordinator
(cass county)

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives within Cass County, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes. The Cass County Program Coordinator also works with clients of sexual violence and delivers advocacy to individuals in the community.

hubbard program coordinator
(hubbard county)

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives within Hubbard County, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes. The Hubbard County Program Coordinator also works with clients of sexual violence and delivers advocacy to individuals in the community.

aitkin program coordinator
(aitkin county)

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives within Aitkin County, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes. The Aitkin County Program Coordinator also works with clients of sexual violence and delivers advocacy to individuals in the community.

clearwater program coordinator/sey

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives within Clearwater County, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes.
